Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
This is one of my favorites! Not only because I’ve been able to consistently increase my weight
But all of the benefits it brings as well.
Can you say- Defying gravity?
Go pick up some dumbbells and give this exercise a try–it’ll definitely perk you up!
My set looked like this-
10 @ 20#
10 @ 25#
6 @ 30# -2 more w/a push from The Boo

I followed this by doing 2 sets of Walking Lunges across the gym and back-finally found a good open space to get them in. All I have to say about that today is….OUCH!
