Just a quick video post tonight-

Incline Dumbbell Chest Press

This is one of my favorites! Not only because I’ve been able to consistently increase my weight :) But all of the benefits it brings as well.

Can you say- Defying gravity?

Go pick up some dumbbells and give this exercise a try–it’ll definitely perk you up! ;)

My set looked like this-

10 @ 20#

10 @ 25#

6 @ 30# -2 more w/a push from The Boo

I followed this by doing 2 sets of Walking Lunges across the gym and back-finally found a good open space to get them in. All I have to say about that today is….OUCH!
