Veggies, egg whites, a slice of whole wheat bread, a little salsa…so simple yet soooooo delicious! This is one of my favorite things to make when I’m in doubt and to be honest, that is quite often. So I’ve been whipping a lot of these up lately before the gym
Friday I decided to go to the gym and take my time because I was staying in for the night. I’ve been going out a little more than I’m used to and figured it be nice to spend a free Friday night at home, relaxing. So it was just me…Weeds (my new favorite show) and well lets face it, I can’t relax….I cleaned! Yes, I spent my Friday night CLEANING! Oh well…someday I’ll settle down.
Anyway, I’m doing well with the increase in weights for my Incline Bench press-I’ve been able to do a few more reps at 30 which is quite the feat for me since I was stuck at 25 for so long.

Saturday I did legs—something I truly dread at this point. I don’t know if it’s because I’m tall and therefore my squats are more difficult since I have further to go but I just HATE doing legs! And of course they’re the area I feel I want to work on the most.

And there’s nothing better than recovering from a leg workout the next morning with a huge bowl of oatmeal. Unfortunately I’m all out of Almond Butter *Gasp* but I’m trying some substitutes until I get my hands on a new jar.
This was definitely good but just not the same…I prefer it NOT in my oatmeal! Must hunt down AB ASAP!
