 CHICKPEAS (Garbanzo Beans)

It was a tough decision—all the past ingredients have been such great picks! I wanted to choose something easily attainable as well as enjoyable and I’ve definitely noticed a Chickpea or two floating around the blog world. They’re a wonderful source of protein and fiber and can definitely be used in a variety of ways. I can’t wait to see what you guys come up with–bring on the recipes! :)
